Dr. Nancy Boyd Lillie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 1991, and joined the faculty at UNT in the same year. Prior to returning to school to obtain her Ph.D., she was employed in the field of human resource management in both government and banking.

Dr. Insley takes pride in being associated with UNT's College of Business Administration. He is especially pleased to have received a University Honor Professor Award, two College of Business Administration Outstanding Teaching Awards, an Educator of the Year Award from the Department of Management, and a Mortar Board Award. In addition, recently he was the co-recipient of UNT's Outstanding Online Teacher & Course Award. Dr. Insley teaches business communication, organizational behavior, and management concepts courses and is a QEP Teaching Fellow. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Bowling Green State University (Ohio)and his Doctorate from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Elizabeth Muniz is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of North Texas – Dallas Campus. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Muniz has taught courses in statistics, research methods, human resource management, motivation, leadership, organizational psychology, and general psychology. In addition to teaching, she likes to conduct research in topics related to industrial and organizational psychology. She has been involved in research related to diversity, recruitment, selection, organizational rewards, and work-family conflict.
Prior to completing the Ph.D. program, Dr. Muniz was employed as a Research Psychologist for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). During this time, she developed a strong interest in research related to distance learning, aviation teams, and training. As a result of working on these projects, Dr. Muniz co-authored several publications and presented papers at national conferences.
Dr. Muniz enjoys providing service to the community. While at the University of Central Florida, she was a research associate for PRIMO (Partnership for Research on the Influence of Multiculturalism in Organizations). In this organization, she was involved with activities to facilitate the inclusion of multicultural groups in the workplace. Organizations involved in this partnership included SunTrust Bank, Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Puerto Rican Federation, NavAir, Latino Leadership, and the University of Central Florida.

Though his Industry experience was in operations and marketing, his degrees are in Human Resource management. Professor Sexton teaches Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Management Concepts and Communicating in Business.
