Celebrate UNT’s new Financial Planning degree at UNT Financial Planning Day 2023, hosted by the UNT G. Brint Ryan College of Business Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law! The afternoon of events, which is open to Financial Planning majors and students who are interested in learning more about this major, will include:

• 1:30 – 3:30 pm, Business Leadership Building Atrium – Career and Financial Planning Awareness: Firm Tabling, Networking and Interviews
  Come spread the word about careers in financial planning and opportunities at your firm in the center of our Business Leadership Building. With a record of over 9,000 students enrolled, the Ryan College of Business will be buzzing with activity. We will have photos with Scrappy, snacks, and the opportunity to distribute your own swag and other giveaways. Breakout rooms are available for interviews with students.
• 3:30 pm, Union Building, Room 382 – Continuing Education session: Trusts, Charitable Planning and General Tax Considerations, Zachary Montgomery JD, CPA, CFE
• 4:30 pm, Union Room 382 – Networking Break
• 5:00 pm, Union Room 382 – Panel Discussion: Bridging the Gap Between Firms and Students – Hiring, Recruiting, Internships, Experiences and Expectations
• 6:00 pm, Union Ballroom Room 333 – Invitation-Only Banquet Dinner for firms, Financial Planning students and prospective students. Beer and wine served.
