Mathematica Demonstrations for DSCI 3710

Important: In order to use the Mathematica demonstrations posted below, please use the Mathematica application accesible from the COBA/CURY computer labs (COBA Menu -> Applications-> ITDS -> DSCI 3710-> Mathematica). Most files (except those with actual "user input" fields instead of "sliders/slider generated input fields") can also be played using the free Mathematica Player, which can be downloaded here . You can set up the Mathematica Player on a high capacity flash drive or some such removable media. A quick tutorial on Mathematica itself (not really necessary if you simply wish to use the demonstrations) can be found here.

Disclaimer: Dr. Shailesh Kulkarni has carefully developed these applications but he does not claim them to be bug free. Please alert him to any problems.

Note: Do not open any of the files directly. Save and open using Mathematica or Mathematica Player as explained in "Important" above.
