Vice President, Retail and Consumer Goods
Bernard Goor has been involved in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries for the last 25 years, both as an industry executive and as a solution provider to the industry, working with companies such as PepsiCo, Jones New York, i2 Technologies, Agile Software and Oracle.
Bernard is currently Vice President, Industry Solutions Group at Oracle. In his global role at Oracle, Bernard is responsible for solution and messaging development, sales enablement, partner enablement and strategic customer engagements for the Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
Bernard Goor received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louvain, Belgium and his Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Dallas.

JCPenney Supply Chain
Chad Duennes is currently the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering at JCPenney where he leads the Supply Strategy & Analytics, Operations Support, Engineering, Maintenance, and Health and Safety Teams. Chad joined JC Penney in May of 2012 as East Region Director of Supply Chain Operations where he led the East Field Operations organization. In May of 2014 he was appointed Sr. Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering. Prior to joining JC Penney, he held several Director level positions at PepsiCo in Sales, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations, including Director of Sales Midwest for Gatorade, and National Director of Sales Operations for PepsiCo Chilled DSD. Chad began his career with the Naked Juice Company in Southern California where he progressed to the role of General Manager of the National Field Sales and Operations organization.
Chad attended Ohio University where he graduated with honors in 1999 from the school of business with a BA in Marketing.
Vice President Global Logistics
Mark is presently Vice President of Global Logistics, PepsiCo, located in Plano, TX.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Mark chose to attend college in his home state where he earned a BSBA degree in Transportation and Logistics at The Ohio State University.
Mark worked his way through college as an Inventory Control Clerk at the Hance Corporation. Upon graduation, he joined Frito Lay in 1984, where he held a position as a Traffic Supervisor at the Beloit Wisconsin manufacturing plant. Over the years he has held numerous jobs with increased responsibilities, including Traffic Manager, Area Operations Manager, Distribution Manager and Director of Transportation and Logistics with Frito-Lay, VP Transportation, VP Global Transportation and, presently, as Vice President of Global Logistics, PepsiCo. Mark created and leads the Global Logistics Organization at PepsiCo which includes warehouse, transportation and fleet management aspects - where the team develops and drives the core strategies, systems/processes and key productivity platforms for the enterprise.
Mark is an instrument rated pilot and he also enjoys bicycling and taking to the open road on his motorcycle.
Mark is Married, no children
Additionally, he is a long term member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and is a frequent lecturer and speaker at several Universities. Mark is a member of the University of North Texas Logistics Board of Directors.
Dr. Adeel Najmi

Adeel Najmi (@AdeelNajmi) is Senior Vice President, Products at One Network Enterprises. As a pioneer in supply chain management, Adeel has guided successful transformations at over 25 Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries. He has also been a visionary and prolific innovator having created several breakthrough supply chain solutions and secured over a dozen patents.
Previously he was Chief Science Officer at JDA Software. Adeel was named as one of Supply Demand Chain Executive Magazine's "Pros to Know" in 2009, 2010 and 2015. He holds a doctorate in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California at Berkeley.
