Bio: Mark Davis received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Program Director of the Health Services Management Program at the University of North Texas. Professor Davis’ teaching and research interests include Operation and Management of Health Services Organizations, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. His research has appeared in health care, management, and psychology journals including Health Services Research, Medical Care, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Applied Psychology.
