Graduate Scholarship Money Available for Texas Residents

Thanks to the generosity of the Summerfield G. Roberts Foundation, $35,000 per year, with a total of $107,000 over the next three years, will be awarded to UNT College of Business graduate students. The Summerfield G. Roberts Foundation was established in 1990 at the conclusion of the lifetime trust created by Dallas businessman Summerfield G. Roberts for his wife, Annie Lee Warren Roberts. The foundation provides equal financial assistance in three area, one of which is scholarships for Texas residents for graduate work in business, commerce, finance, and oil and gas.

November 15th is the deadline to apply for the Summerfield G. Roberts MBA/MS Scholarship for Texas Residents for the fall semester. This scholarship is a nonrenewable, competitive graduate scholarship distributed by the College of Business Graduate Programs Office.

New and continuing graduate students in the College of Business may apply. Eligibility requirments are based on a student's classification as outlined below. Non-degree seeking and certificate-only students are not eligible to apply and students who receive this scholarship award may not reapply for the scholarship in a later semester.
