Eagle Awards were presented to Fall 2008 Ph. D. graduates on Friday, December 12, 2008. Dr. Gerui (Grace) Kang (left) and Dr. Konstantin Taskov received their award. Our college is extremely proud of these graduates:
- Dr. Gerui (Grace) Kang earned her Ph. D. in accounting and is now an Assistant Professor in the Accounting department at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Dr. Kang’s dissertation title was “Balanced Scorecards: an Experimental Study of the Effects of Linking the Evaluators’ and Subordinates’ Balanced Scorecards on Performance Evaluation.” Her major professors were Dr. Alan Mayper and Dr. Bruce Koch.
- Dr. Konstantin Taskov earned a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Decision Sciences and is now the Webmaster and Computer Science Instructor for the Casady School in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Taskov’s dissertation title was “Technology Intelligence Consumers’ Needs Assessment, Data Collection and Analysis, Intelligence Dissemination and Evaluation.” His major professor was Dr. Richard Vedder.
