ITDS Alum Recognized with CIO 100 Award: Mark Fowler, CIO at Pinnacle Technical Resources was recently selected for CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 Award. Mark received his MBA in Information Systems from UNT in 1998. The award is given annually to 100 companies that have created new business value through information technology innovation. Through Mark’s leadership, the company automated and streamlined its process for procuring and managing contract labor suppliers for its clients. Pinnacle estimates that this project has helped grow its revenue from $40 million in 2006 to $190 million in 2008 (http://www.cio.com/cio100/detail/1965).
