Dr. Nancy Boyd Lillie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 1991, and joined the faculty at UNT in the same year. Prior to returning to school to obtain her Ph.D., she was employed in the field of human resource management in both government and banking.
Academic Interests
Dr. Boyd Lillie's research interests are in the areas of leadership, the resource-based view of strategic management, and more recently workplace incivility. She has published articles in several academic journals, including Academy of Management Review.
Non-Academic Interests
In her spare time, Dr. Boyd Lillie and her husband, Wade, enjoy hiking in the mountains and spending time with their four children and their families. They also enjoy going to movies and working on home improvement projects.
