An industry veteran with more than 13 years of experience as a marketing practitioner, David’s research interests include word-of-mouth marketing, e-commerce and consumer-brand relationships. In addition to presentations at national conferences, he has articles forthcoming in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Electronic Commerce and the International Journal of Electronic Marketing & Retailing. He teaches courses in Marketing Research and Buyer Behavior.
