The Residential Property Management Certificate requires the following 12 hours:
- REAL 4200: Property Management (3 hours)
- REAL 4210: Advanced Property Management (3 hours)
- BLAW 4790: Property Management Law (3 hours)
Plus one course from the following:
- REAL 2100: Principles of Real Estate (3 hours)
- REAL 4000: Real Estate Finance (3 hours)
- REAL 4300: Real Estate Investments (3 hours)
- REAL 4400: Real Estate Valuation (3 hours)
NOTE: A minimum grade of "C" or higher is required in all of the courses required for the certificate. FINA 3770 or consent of the FIREL department is a prerequisite for REAL 4000, 4200, 4300, and 4400.
