MS Program : Real Estate Analysis

The Master of Science in Real Estate Analysis is designed to provide advanced study for property professionals and for persons interested in developing their skills in this specific area. The program is intended for students desiring a strong concentration in the real estate area. The focus of the program allows the student to gain considerable expertise in the area in a relatively short period of time. A minimum of 30 hours are required to complete the program. (Note: Most foundation and required courses are offered only once a year.)

Internship

You may complete an internship for three hours of pass/no pass credit, upon completion of three hours in your area of study. Your internship will not count towards your degree and may not be taken your first semester. Please see your departmental advisor for more information.
